Limited travel grants are available to delegates to participate at NanoFormulation2011. The criteria for the travel grant is clearly outlined on the application form.

Please note that the travel grant is a significant contribution to your costs incurred through attending NanoFormulation2011 and not necessarily the full costs of the trip. Each successful applicant will have received an email notifying them of the maximum reimbursement cost they can receive for this conference. The actual amount which will be reimbursed however will be based on the receipts. Please do not try to claim more than the agreed amount. The money will be reimbursed following NanoFormulation2011 on receipt of original payment documents AND the submission and approval of the Travel Grant Report. Reimbursements will preferrably be made in the form of a cheque which will either be payable in GBP or EUR. Reimbursements made via bank transfer may incur charges. NanoFormulation2011 will cover charges from the UK bank to send the payment but please be aware the deposit bank may also charge a fee which will need to be covered by the recipient.  

The final date for reimbursements is 2 September 2011.

Up to 6 nights accommodation can be reimbursed anytime between 25 June - 2 July 2011.
